Brief: Define the organization’s sustainability vision, long and short-term goals, opportunities to do things in innovative ways and redistribute team responsibilities in a collaborative way.
Approach: We facilitated an intense, 2-day workshop, with the entire team to co-create a vision that underlines the organization’s sustainability position and bring it to life. We brainstormed and prioritized innovative ideas and goals, outlined a path to achieve them with existing resources and analyzed each person’s responsibilities.
The result: Clear and shared understanding on what the organization stands for in terms of sustainability and where it is heading; pointers on how to prioritize between innovative ideas, ongoing initiatives and operational work; concrete ideas on how to get closer to the set goals with a realistic workload and streamlining of processes.
Success factors: Highly motivated and agile team, that has sustainability at its DNA, powerful drive to give deeper meaning to the work they do, dedicated time for uninterrupted workshop sessions
