Tina is Design Thinking facilitator with HPI D-School certification. She supports the Launchlabs in the area of workshop conception and moderation. As a facilitator, she encourages the team to leave old (thought) paths behind and shows new perspectives to broaden their horizons. With her heart and soul, she wants to contribute to make the world of work more humane and agile.
Tina originally comes from Media Studies, coincidentally ended up at the D-School where she discovered her true passion for coaching. In order to get the best out of her trainings, she decided to study for a master's degree in Educational Sciences. This allows her to create spaces, physical and psychological, in which long-lasting learning processes can take place. As a working student and freelancer, she has been involved in various workshop formats on innovation, change management and organizational culture. She is also co-author of the "Business Purpose Design" model.
"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone" - is Tina's secret credo and therefore she always loves to try out new things, be it mountaineering, hitchhiking or making pasta herself.
